Why did google assistant intent stopped working?

I would open google assistant using this intent:

StartActivity(new Intent(Intent.ActionVoiceCommand));

It worked for years, but now it throws the exception:

> Android.Content.ActivityNotFoundException: 'No Activity found to handle Intent { act=android.intent.action.VOICE_COMMAND }'

How can I make it start the google assistant or Gemini with the voice input automatically starting like it used to?
