After trying out the Delphi 13 trial version for 30 days, I installed the Community Edition once it became available. I had uninstalled the previous version beforehand. Although I selected both Windows and Android during installation, only Windows 64-bit appears in the IDE. It is not possible to activate Android or install the Android platform; the relevant menu options are either grayed out or do not appear at all. I have gone through the entire process twice—with the same result each time.

How can I activate/use the Android platform alongside the Windows 64-bit version in Delphi 13 CE?
