Android Virtual Device Creation - API 37.2 system image not showing

I'm using Android Studio Quail 4 | 2026.1.4
I have installed Android 17 (API Level 37.2), but when trying to create virtual device there is no system image showing for API 37.2. I have tried to create with other device beside pixel 10a but getting the same results.

What's wrong with it, how to solve this problem?
