I want to create an audio player for my car which supports hands free music selection via AI driven voice commands. I want to be able to trigger the prompt using a hand gesture, so presumably it needs to be able to access the camera and then microphone, all while the phone is potentially locked. Ideally the app would be accessible on the lock screen, and it would support being launched by things like Samsung Modes/Routines. Android's security model looks pretty hard to understand as I am not currently an Android developer, and I am not going to bother becoming one if my end-goal is not even achievable.
